Florya Consulting has been performing Real Estate Investment Consulting, Research, Project Development and Marketing activities in various cities and prominent regions such as Muğla and South Aegean Region, Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya, and Tekirdağ since 1992.
Over time, in Aegean Region, due to the diversity of the protected areas, the width of forest and agricultural lands, and the limited zoned areas, we have made many studies within the scope of the legislation in order to produce zoned areas together with valuable city planning offices and many map engineering offices.
We have become an office where real estate experts in the region can consult with confidence, by guiding many citizens who come to our region, especially from big cities, to the best of our knowledge, on issues related to real estate purchase and sale, zoning and cadastre legislation.
At the same time, as of 2021, we present various projects we have developed with the construction and contracting companies we work with to domestic and foreign investors within our portfolio.
